I had such a blast working with Jodie. She went through my entire wardobe and built outfits while identifying the pieces I was missing. Then we hit the mall and found what I needed to polish my look. We came home and she highlighted, cut, and styled my hair, all the while introducing me to new products suited just for me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not a person that is going to break your bank . it's not about completing a one time service and you never being able to afford me again. It is about you becoming a lifelong client of mine for many years and many services! with that being said I also strongly urge you to take into consideration you get what you pay for. My father always said it only takes a nickel more to go first class!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and Foremost it is all in the Client Consultation. I have always been a great read of character. It is up to me to be able to gather as much info as i can during this process and by the way that is free. This is where I learn a clients needs and gather a basic assumption of what it is they are expecting of me . next, that initial meeting and or conversation will give me enough info to determine the type of services you are needing and at that point Ill give you a written detailed bill so you have no surprises with me. next you would commit and last Id be completing the service.Last I if a client is not happy with my work I will not settle until they are. I am confident enough to say NO CHARGE IF I DIDNT SUCCEED IN FILLING YOUR EXPECTATIONS!

SHHHWEEE it would take me forever and a day to list all certificates that I have achieved or completed just to name few though. I am one that believes KNOWLEDGE IS POWER NO ONE CAN EVER TAKE YOUR EDUCATION WE ARE ALL CONTINUAL STUDENTS IF YOU DONT GET THE EDUCATION SOMEONE ELSE WILL I earned a business degree in 1997 I earned a degree in communication in 2001 I earned my Cosmetologist License 2001 I earned A Bachelor in Design/Fashion, Hair,And Beauty in 2004 I earned A Marketing Business degree in 2006 and obtained a business license I earned many Certificates upping my knowledge from 2006 to 2016 some of which are Arndell Eyelash Pro Lord n Cliff Human Hair Extensions Pro and Educator Matrixs Mind Craft Color Specialist Communication is Key Life Skill 101 Coaching 2016 Future Business Woman of America I Earned A License As a Insurance Agent in the State of WV.
