I am the sole owner of Cline Mobile Notary Services. I am licensed, insured, and I have passed a background screening. I have 5+ years of notary experience and 6+ years of loan closing/loan operation experience. I am committed to giving my clients the best quality service at their convenience. With my extensive background and knowledge in customer service, finance, lending, and compliance, you can feel confident knowing you're in great hands. I provide services in the Berkeley County, Jefferson County, and Morgan County areas of West Virginia, and my availability is Monday - Friday, 5:30pm-10pm and Saturday - Sunday, 7am-10pm. Although I work primarily in the Eastern Panhandle, I am willing to travel. With my clients in mind, I offer competitive rates and a 20% discount for seniors (60+) and military service members/veterans.
