- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s based on the breed of dog, the condition of the coat & how the dog is to work on during its grooming session (if it requires two groomers to work on the dog, the price increases)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend for clients to call the shop directly to schedule boards reservations, grooming appointments, doggie day care or to ask us any questions they may have about our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated at the top of my class from the Maryland School or Dog Grooming in Silver Springs MD.
