Justin was the first to respond to my Thumbtack service request, and I am glad he did. He asked specific questions about the issue to get a clear understanding of what he needed to do and what it would cost me before he arrived. He came when scheduled and took care of the problem within an hour, even less time than he first anticipated. Justin has done great work at our home. We did all the chandeliers and all the other fans, lighting installation with him and his work is perfect .
