- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is agreeable depending on where I travel to and what kind of specific work needs done. I am willing to negotiate so I encourage everyone to call me before shooting me down because of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss details of the unit with my customer and we can agree on a price. It is difficult to price without seeing so I encourage customers to text or call for more info or to try and work out a deal. I am negotiable especially if I have the full details of what job needs done. Next I will go to the job and meet the person, or make arrangements to enter the property and then I get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have an Associate's Degree in Dental Assisting. I took several business classes along with accounting, I was in the National Honor society at Huntington Junior college of Business,where I won multiple awards for my research papers and tutor English to adults. My degree may not be in cleaning but I learned countless lessons through all of the classes and experiences I've had.
