I am currently in care with Wiyama Midwifery. The care I have received thus far is second to none. Jo is understanding, knowledgable, caring, competent, and very intune with the needs of her clients. I can't wait for my delivery with her.

I am currently in the care of Wiyama as a maternity patient, and have been for all 7 months of my pregnancy so far. Easy communication, no wait time for appointments, family-friendly atmosphere. Jo takes the time to care for her patients as a "whole," physically, emotionally, etc. I never knew care could be like this!

Jo allowed me to have the most natural birth possible. She helped me to believe in the natural process, more than I had been allowed in my past births. Thanks, Jo!

Jo has been amazing at not only helping us become pregnant but also helping me and my family become more healthy in our eating habits along :) Our prenatal care has also been absolutely outstanding I recommend her to everyone i meet who is interested in home birth or even just womanly care :)

The care Jo provides is unmatched.

6 weeks ago, she attended the birth of my daughter, in our home. She is always accessible (phone, text or email). Jo is thorough, knowledgable and intuitive. Our incredible birth experience would not have been the same without her. She continues to be a source of care, support and information throughout the postpartum period as well. Jo has been a wealth of knowledge and a source of comfort throughout my pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I've spent countless hours with Jo and I've seen her work in another birth. I trust her experience and passion. I have referred her to other women in search of midwifery care and will continue to seek her advice for matters involving my own health and wellness.

Jo was more than a midwife she was a wonderful support system throughout my pregnancy. My third baby was my first home birth and my daughter gave me several false starts. Jo always came right away as I had precipitous labor with my second child and even spent a good portion of one evening at my home to ensure my unborn daughter & I were ok. To this day I consider Jo a friend and I am glad that she played such a large role in my life.

Jo is an amazing midwife. Though I came to her very near the middle of my pregnancy, I quickly felt like we were long time friends. She is one of the most caring, compassionate women I have ever met. She was there for me day or night throughout my pregnancy, whatever I needed she had an answer. I can't say enough how impressed I am with her knowledge and positivity. I am thankful to have had her present during my birth. I would not choose another over should I have more children in the future. She has continued to meet my needs during the postpartum period, as well as those of my family. I highly recommend her services.

Joanna has been my midwife for my last two births, both water vbacs. She has held my hand when I was scared, and been the voice of reason in my moments of terror. She helped make my births amazing experiences, and helped me to achieve the vbacs I so desperately wanted.

After several failed attempts at trying to get a midwife that would meet my needs , I found Joanna Davis. From the first interview to the day my daughter was born she took perfect care of me. She is very knowledgeable of the natural birthing process and the holistic nature of giving birth. She was also available to me, able to answer any and all of my questions, and very caring. I feel like she made it possible for me to have such a beautiful birth. Even after my daughter's birth her postpartum care continued not just for me and the baby but my husband as well. If we ever have another she would definitely be my midwife again.

I had a wonderful experience with my now 4 year old son. It was a long 3 day labor and she was there the entire time by my side and i would tell all my friends and family to use Jo as a midwife and i will use her again in the furture!

Jo has gone above and beyond to help me through my pregnancy. Her knowledge of pregnancy, birthing, and homeopathics is better than you can find anywhere. Not only is she knowledgeable on every topic related to pregnancy and birth, she is responsive and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She responds immediately to questions any time of day or night. She provides top notch care and more. I could not ask for a better and more trustworthy support system. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone looking for a fabulous midwife. My only wish is that there were more midwives like Jo out there available to all women! Thank you for your amazing support!

Joanna has been my midwife in the true definition of the word (midwife= with women) for the past 6 years. She first provided care during my pregnancy with my now 5 year old daughter. She traveled out of state during the holiday season to attend my birth. She responded to my every need during the pregnancy, birth & postpartum period. She also walked with me through 3 miscarriages, comforting me & attending to my well-being. She was most recently with me during the birth of my now 2 year old daughter. Her skill level is that of a competent professional, and her bedside manner is that of a compassionate friend. I have also relied on her services for well-woman care and family planning counseling. I would and have recommended her services many times over the years.

Although I chose to give birth unassisted with my last 2 children, I received amazing care throughout both pregnancies. Anything I was unsure of or needed a more experienced opinion, she was only a call away. She encouraged me that I knew myself and my baby best and never made me feel like her opinion was more important than mine. She was an amazing doula for my last birth - being exactly what I needed her to be and no more. She cleaned up the pool (including drying my carpet where the pool leaked) and left my house in better condition than when I went into labor. I have had the privilege to attend a birth as a doula with her and saw every bit of the attention she showed me with the other mama. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

If you want a midwife that will be there for you then look else where. Definitely do not pay her early and up front. Once she has your money you will be lucky to ever get ahold of her as you get further along in your pregnancy and you will not see any refund (even though her own contract clearly states a full refund minus $100 if you decide not to use her FOR ANY REASON) We are looking at legal action against this person, DO NOT use her.
