I am very satisfied with the work and price of the work performed. When Craig says he will be there he is and in this area that is hard to find. He looked at the situation and explained exactly what needed to be done and he completed the installation of a whole new drain system and fixed my leaking toilet. I thank him and will definitely call him again for any other issues. Will also be recommending him to anyone with plumbing problems.

What started as a simple snaking of the sewage drain and fixing my leaking toilets in my recently-purchased home, quickly and devastatingly spiraled into the discovery that my sewage system was completely obliterated, and has to be dug up, completely replaced and repaired. Thank God for Craig and the Pro Flow crew. Experience, knowledge, patience, resilience, determination, adaptability, courtesy—the team exemplified all this and more. When faced with the literal worst case scenario with my plumbing, I knew I was in excellent hands with this team.
