Robert Harker is an absolute professional and knew absolutely everything about my Steinway. It hadn't been tuned in over 20 years. Mr. Harker rendered it perfectly beautiful and warm and glowy sounding again. I recommend him 100%. He's also an accomplished musician. He knows music.

Robert arrived right on time and performed a magnificent job of pianotuning. The piano (a Yamaha Grand) had been sitting idle for two years. In a little over three hours he worked his magic and gave it back it's wonderful voice. Thank you Robert.

Mr. Harker seems very knowledgeable about piano mechanics and had lots of suggestions that needed to be done to my very old piano before he could tune it. But he fixed the damper pedal and gave me what seems to be a fair estimate.

I give free estimates and discounts to churches and schools. My pricing is extremely reasonable and competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to the customer's home, do a free assessment, make whatever recommendations are indicated and we decide together the best path to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a piano major at West Virginia University and later went on to apprentice and study piano technology. I have 22 years practical field experience.
