- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive but I like to go the extra mile & I'm willing to give a $5.00 discount (per night) if multiple nights are booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please come to my house to see the creature comforts your dog will experience. I will ask you about your pet, his likes & dislikes, fears & things he loves. I prefer to get information as it pertains to allergies, medications he may be on, as well as vet information & inquire if I may contact you if an issue arrives while he is in my care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a pet sitter for an organization in California as well as caring for & owning dogs my whole life. I have taken care of elderly animals, given medication, taken clients dogs to the groomer or vet while the owner was away, written to the client & sent pictures & videos.
