Introduction: We are Home Improvement and Property Maintenance service. We employ specialist to solve the simplest to the most difficult tasks. We value our customers and hold ourselves and our work to the highest standards. We guarantee quality! Free estimates within a 20 mile radius ! Minimum service charge 1hr fee. Our $90/hr rate is for a 2 man crew . An extra 20/hr charge for any extra personal . We take checks,cash, and paypal . If paypal is used for envoice payment there's $100 electronic fee. 2$ linear square foot for crack fills asphalt repair. Drive time is a factor in the final invoice if driving over 20 miles.

The guys showed up and did an excellent job of touching up the trim around my garage, entry and patio doors. I liked the fact that they seemed to take pride in the work in which they did.
