As much as we would love to hear from you and work with you , it cost me $20-$30 as soon as you message us. Or ask you our availability, so does every contractor. It gets very expensive when we don’t hear back.So please take that in consideration when you email us and then don’t reply back. Customer service is our #1 Priority! We strive for excellence in everything we do! Yes , we are located in West Virginia but we travel every where and no job is to far :)

D&G did a phenomenal job on my basement - hauling away decades of junk and sweeping away a huge infestation of (dead) millipedes. They were non-stop work-horses, extremely nice to work with, and did exactly what I asked in 'not-fun' conditions. They were awesome. Thank you so much! The app won't let me upload photos, but the before and after pix are striking.

The house was cleaned very well from top to bottom but it took a lot longer than I expected and again I was impressed with how clean the house was once it was complete

I was nervous about using junk removal service after reading bad reviews from many trash removal services because so many seem to quote one price and change it. This didn't happen with this company! He did the work fast and efficiently, didn't change the price, and was so friendly and nice! If you are looking for junk removal, this is your guy! He was amazing!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give discounts to veterans , elderly and if a regular cleaning customer after third serve we give 10%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up free estimates . We do a walk through with customers to get an idea of what they would like done , we then type up estimates and email to customer. If customer decides to move forward we get to work!
