Dennis is positive and patient!! I have to have a trainer to keep me and track and motivate me. Dennis does this in spades!! If he says I will be rockin' a sleeveless dress by spring - I know he will get me there! He is professional and knowledgable and he will get you to your fitness goals. Furthermore, he makes it fun!

Dennis is a great coach, He always knows what I need in a workout on any given day.. whether I need to pushed harder or just need more emotional support. He counsels me also on nutrition. His approach is very gentle and encouraging, setting an example rather than a drill sergeant approach.
