What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price as fair as possible and will definitely work with others needs, because I know everyone’s financial situation is different!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I get to know them. I think it’s very important for both us to be comfortable with each other. The second step, is finding out what they are looking for so I can make sure I meet all their wants and needs. I want to make sure they are happy throughout this whole process, because I am capturing their memories and they deserve everything to be perfect!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken photography classes before and many webinars!
