FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call to schedule the costumer for a free estimate. Then once the estimate is made, we give the client the option to approve or deny. If the client approves the estimate, our office staff will call and get them on the schedule to get the work done. If they decline the estimate, our technicians will try to come up with a price to better fit the needs of the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types! From do it yourselfers, to commercial property owners! No one is excluded, and everyone needs a good plumber that they can count and rely on!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t always go with the cheaper plumber. Cheaper doesn’t always mean better. The more expensive the prices are, typically means the technician knows what they are doing and has years of experience! Always check for licenses and insurance! Just remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
