- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful when hiring blindly. Do some research, ask some questions, verify the technician or servicing company can actually perform the type of service you're requesting. Look around at prices, but don't always take the lowest bidder. Most techs who bid low are desperate for work because they've burned many bridges with incompetence. Prior to the service professional coming to your residence, verify they have been background checked or are represented by a reliable and known company. When the service pro is onsite never give them additional money if requested, you should have worked out the details of the job and settled on a fair price prior to the visit.
