FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In an effort to make my service as simple and painless to the bride and groom, I have a SINGLE wedding package which is $1499. It is all inclusive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new customer is different. Some new customers are bridesmaids from past weddings who are fully aware of my work and processes, whereas others are entirely new to me, and me to them. In those cases, I have placed all of the information on my website for any prospective bride/groom to view prior to ever having to contact me. It's all extremely understandable and organized. Once a prospective couple contacts me, sometimes they are comfortable handling everything over the phone/email, others wish to meet in person....the choice is theirs. I answer my phone 24/7 unless I'm photographing a wedding or sleeping, so the bride/groom has unlimited access to me for any questions or concerns that may arise prior to, during or following the completion of my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'd rather stand out from the crowd than be part of it. I'm a HUGE believer that belonging to a guild, group, organization, etc., only prevents you from ever forming you own full potential, therefore I have intentionally avoided such associations. I'm self-taught and have formed my system and style around what I've seen couples like and dislike through the years.
