First time they cleaned great, second time was not up to standards. They did come back with a different person helping the first person. A few items were misplace and we can't fine them. Also, the owner's daughter daughter said, "since they had to come back to clean places over they would come back and clean the house for free. Since they left on their second cleaning we have not heard from them at all".

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just because it’s listed on there doesn’t always reflect what the price will be. If we travel outside of our service area there will be a travel fee included into the completed price. Also if the specific area needs additional attention..... all of this will be discussed further with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions, looking at area to be serviced, then the customer explaining and showing me exactly what they want done. Periodically showing them what is happening so that everything meets their approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training! I am certified in all phases of cleaning.
