It was a Friday night. The deadbolt on the front door of my house broke. And the next day, I was heading out at noon for a two week international vacation. I needed a locksmith. And I needed a locksmith who could come over between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. On a Saturday. With less than 12 hours notice. Meanwhile, my wife was panicking, saying over and over again that she would not feel safe leaving on vacation without a working deadbolt. Thankfully, as soon as I posted my last minute locksmith request on Thumbtack, Safe Solutions Locksmith replied. They gave me their phone number and reassured me that they could come fix my lock tomorrow morning. Jim the locksmith came on time, and fixed the deadbolt. He was clearly very passionate about locksmithery, and he explained everything he was doing to me and taught me a lot about deadbolts, how they worked, and what the different brands are like. The locksmith was even able to fix the deadbolt in a way that let me keep using the same key: meaning I didn't have to worry about making a second copy for my landlord in the hours before my vacation. I just got back from my vacation, and the deadbolt still works. Nobody broke in while I was out. Thank you, Safe Solutions Lock Smith.

I needed to replace a 29 year old deadbolt/doorlock on my front door. Jim was prompt, professional, asked if any other locks needed to be looked at, and did excellent work. This guy is a keeper!
