FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is being understanding of the persons needs and figure out exactly what they want. I try to give them the opportunity to get to know me and learn how I conduct my business. I like to have a meeting just to introduce myself so they can see the kind of person they will be doing business with and show them that their decision to do business with me will be the very best and most important decision that they will make through the entire process. It's the matter of having a bad or even horrible experience with an unprofessional with bad habits, un-orderly jobsite habits and/or conducts business badly with the client or having a refreshing experience with a true professional that has the expertise, experience, great work ethic, top craftsmanship and great professional responsibilities to his clients. Im simply explaining to the client(s) that they will truly get their money's worth and have best possible experience by going with Bailey Construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years experience total. I started out as an eager, highly driven student and personally working in the field learning from one of the smartest contractors in the area for many years. As well as doing my own jobs and running my crew of men for years. I learned how to do the task at hand whatever it may be. The correct and professional way of doing residential construction from the footers and foundation, to the fine finnish work that requires the most tedious and skilled professional to finnish the job beautifully. As well as the way to be professional and courteous with all different people and understand what they want in the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my uncle in the summer breaks in high school. I got hired by one of the best if not the best contractors in my area and worked for him building houses start to finnish for 12 years. I learned the trade inside and out by the best contractor in the area. learned not to cut corners and how to actually do the work the right way and also learned how to be professional around different clients.
