Got a super fast response from them. Spoke at length with them on the issue, and they provided in-depth incite and possible causes of what issue could be, which I appreciated, and they gave an honest quote of what I might be looking at spending to repair the problem. In this event, it was decided that I would attempt repair on my end, to see if it was something simple such as a bad switch. Although they didn't perform any work for me, I did appreciate their attention on the matter and readiness to come out to repair if needed.
