I was in a serious bind and he came through for me! I had a yellow jacket nest suddenly appear in the eaves of my attic. He came out and quoted me same day. Was back several days later to treat. Time was an issue, because I had painters working on the exterior of the house, and had to worry about them getting swarmed/stung. He communicated with them and myself, to insure all of our safety. My official exterminator!

Shawn from DeHaven Pest Control was awesome! Super personable, knowledgeable, and honest—he actually took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that made sense. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or push a subscription on me, which I really appreciated. Instead, he focused on the actual issue and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. It’s clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his customers. Dehaven Pest Control is great!!! We actually subscribed pest control services from another company, and now we got a wasp problem inside the house. Guess what? The company that we subscribed, they are even more afraid of the wasps than us… so we have to get other professionals to help us out. And we’re very lucky to find the right people! He helped us take out the wasp nest from the ceiling and vacuum out all the debris. I’m very happy about the work and thinking about switching the prevention services with him too! Highly recommended!
