Shawn was so invested in helping me out with finding out how these insects kept getting into my exhaust bathroom vent from the outside. He and I discussed through it for hours over text and realized the HVAC exhaust pipe was not replaced properly. We are going to investigate further and get it clamped and secured with metal tape. Thanks Shawn!
