I met Sebastian back in Dec 2018 through a friend. When I shared with her how much pain I had in my neck, shoulder and back she said “I have the guy for you!” And she was right! Sebastian not only taught me how to navigate through the irritated muscles and tendons, but within a couple of weeks, I got past the pain and was so happy working out in a regular program building my strength and muscle back. My doctor was so pleased because she has been urging me to work on resistance and strength training for years. Then in Oct 2019, I had a biking accident and obliterated my collarbone and broke two ribs. After two surgeries and then Covid, I am so happy to be back working with Sebastian on a weekly basis. I feel stronger now than I have ever been in my life. Sebastian is amazing! I feel strong, I feel healthy, and best of all, I have my energy back!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price varies based on the service (In-person training / online training). But whatever your budget needs are, I am sure I can accommodate them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is on the house! It will be a workout with some Q&A. Simply so I can learn about you and where you are. This will help me connect the dots on getting you from where you are, to where you want to be. I will have simple questions for you before we start the workout. The workout is a simple fitness exam showing me how well you move, and how strong you are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 well-known certifications with the National academy of sports medicine and 3 more with NCI.
