I was stressing about getting my tax return finished punctually and correctly but, Mary definitely saved the day. Communication is the biggest thing. I have a onboarding paper work to give me an idea of what the client needs and then from there I can ask questions to better serve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associates Degree in Business Administration/ accounting. I also have a Microsoft Excel Badge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just something that caught my attention so I pursued a college degree for it.
