Introduction: Instead of painting cabinets, I refinish them. The finishes we use are imported, industrial finishes designed for the wear and tear of cabinets. They are comparable if not better to the finishes you see on new cabinets. Cummunication throughout the project is our focus to deliver a great experience and superior product.

The estimate was worth it. We had always wanted our cabinets to be painted and when we met with Tom we didn't realize some of the little things we needed to also do to make the job look right. He talked to us about small changes we could make to help our cabinets feel less outdated once they were painted. We didn't even think about them, but we are glad that we did them. When he started the job he walked us through what to expect and spent a lot of time blocking off the space to make sure that the rest of the house wouldn't be affected while he did the work. My kitchen looks beautiful. They look like new cabinets from the store. I would highly recommend meeting with him if you are interested in painting your cabinets.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer written estimates with a small deposit and balance due on completion. Sometimes we offer discounts to help fill spaces when jobs are rescheduled at the last minute.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with the estimate. The first thing that I want to know is what your desired end result is. Sometimes what you want and what cabinet painting offers don't match but most of the time it can. Once I know what your vision is, I work with you and lay out all the additional options that are available to you for your project. I then give you a price for the job and its varying options. No pressure, no obligation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of painting experience with more than 6 of them focused directly on cabinets.
