I could tell that Mel really cared about getting the job done right and making sure each task was done properly. We had some setbacks in the renovation of my kitchen and he did everything he could to get the job done in time. It went a touch over time and budget but he kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure I was included in all decisions. Cleanup and disposal of waste was not included in the estimate for the job - which I didn't realize - so we ended up splitting the cost of it in the end. This is the first time I've hired a contractor and didn't realize what was typical - so just make sure that is included in an estimate if you expect it. Photo: I wanted to keep the original cabinets, but Mel moved the entire center cabinet area over a couple of feet to allow for more work space, replaced the flooring, sink, faucet and countertops and built the microwave shelf. The only minor complaint I have is that there is one floor plank that I can feel the crack of for some reason.. everything else is 100% to satisfacation and Mel was enjoyable to get to know and work with.

I cannot begin to discribe what a great job that was done on my bathroom. Even with all the issues we had with the store delivering wrong size etc everything worked out awesome. Thank you Mel I love my new shower
