Holly has been an amazing Dietitian. It's even better to know she had a Masters in it! She really made my friend and I feel very confident with her.
She created a very simple and helpful plan, and ever since we've felt much more energized and way less groggy. It's amazing how much we've learned how nutrition has an impact on us.
I highly recommend her services to anyone interested!
