Pricing and discounts are all discussed with the type and quantity of work desired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the work that is needs to be completed and then what the customer desires to have the completed project to look like. We discuss functionality, cost, discounts, timeframe, and type of materials needed. We then talk about any special requirements, permits, and special timeframes that might need to be worked around if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have at least 30+ years experience. I started out as a finish carpenter and gradually became a general contractor with which I am able to accomplish almost anything that is required.
