Prompt, curious, and knowledgeable. After studying what had to be done, Jay gave an honest and fair quote of materials needed and labor fees. Once everything was agreed upon, he immediately went to get materials needed, came back and went straight to work. He works clean and at the pace needed. Will recommend highly and call on his services again.

They did a great job! Fixed my deck and installed a new hot water heater for me. I've had them back to do several other jobs too. Painted a couple rooms for me and installed a new tile floor and wall in my bathroom. Great work!!

Hired MCF to replace my small porch. It had started to sag from age and settling. They not only quoted us a fair price under what we’d already looked around and found, but they made the process efficient and worry-free. They even made sure to double-check with us after it was all said and done to ensure everything was still good and we were still happy. We are, and we do not regret our choice to hire MCF!

Very helpful when we needed to get things cleaned up for guest to arrive, MCF was there. Not only did they clean my house top to bottom they cleaned around the outside too. Prices were very reasonable and we are happy to say they helped us in a crunch. Thanks so much for all you did.

We often offer discounts, coupons, seasonal / holiday specials, and military, first responder, senior discounts etc. Please ask when you speak with us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we schedule a time to come out and give a free estimate, we then get them on the schedule or get to work depending on the job.

We have 20+ years experience in house cleaning, management, construction and more.
