Introduction: I provide my clients a custom workout based on their specific needs and goals . Not all so-called workouts will work for everyone . Men and women need very different workouts . Also personal medical history can play a huge factor in meeting your goals so those will be discussed and addressed with each client . I do not believe in crash diets and programs that can harm your body and overall health . I believe in a comprehensive plans with nutrition , weight training or body weight resistance exercises and cardio . Like anything in life , the more you are dedicated to achieving your goals the more likely you are to achieve greater success . I am a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo . My degree is in Business Administration but after graduation I played professional football for 9 years . My life revolved around staying in shape . It became my passion and having access to the best strength and conditioning coaches in the world have me knowledge that most trainers do not have . Having retired from football I now try to help my clients achieve their goals and I also do private coaching for football with motivated High School and College players . My process starts with evaluation, formulating a plan/ goals to meet and execution of plan to achieve those personal goals . I believe you will find that your whole life will be affected in a positive way . I enjoy helping people though my knowledge of personal training and conditioning of the body . I find that when clients are happy with themselves it affects their whole lives in a positive manner whether it be their professional career , their personal and social life . My goal is not only to better my clients Heath and appearance but positively affect every aspect of their lives .
