Lora is an A+ trainer. I have trained with various people over the years and it left me wary and afraid because to be honest a lot of trainers can be somewhat intimidating and coarse. Lora is everything I wanted in a trainer- she’s compassionate and sensitive if needed but also isn’t afraid to give you that extra push if you need some extra motivation or drive to complete a workout. I felt like the workouts were 100% entirely tailored towards my needs and ability instead of a shell of a plan that a lot of trainers try to use for everyone. Each session workouts were modified to either add in new movements or making some movements harder when I needed it. Lora is an exceptional trainer not just because of her vast knowledge in physical fitness but her personality made it FUN to workout with her. I also felt like my abs got a little bit more of a workout from laughing with her. Whether you need that extra push to make you see your full potential when it comes to your physical performance or are just getting started I urge you to try a session with Lora- you won’t regret it!

Lora has the rare ability to take someone that does not like fitness (me) to actually enjoy working out and wants to workout! Lora listens to her clients needs and tailors each workout accordingly!

Working out with Lora has been excellent! She did a great job evaluating my base line fitness level (I’m definitely a beginner) and has been tailoring more complex exercises to my skill level, making sure I don’t over exert or hurt myself but still challenge myself and get outside my comfort zone for an effective workout. It seems like a fine balance and Lora has nailed it! She also gives great advice and support when I’ve had concerns about water intake, pre and post workout supplements, etc. I would recommend her to anyone!
