We have eaten at Uncle C's a few time and every time is better than the last. They hands down have the best BBQ I have ever eaten in my life. If you are looking for fall of the bone delicious smoky ribs then look no further. Plus normally I do not like Brunswick stew but I order it every time I eat at Uncle C's. The staff is delightful they make you feel like you are welcome guest eating in their home at their dinner table. I'm upset that I can't give them more than five stars. This is one restaurant that you shouldn't pass up.

Uncle C provided delicious food and wonderful presentation for my family and friends. They were punctual with the agreed time and provided outstanding service. We enjoyed the delicious chopped pork and chopped chicken. The ribs were to die for! The sides, mac & cheese, potato salad, baked bean, and green beans were tasteful and a talk of the party. There was also coleslaw that was the best I've ever had, a great combo with the chopped pork and BBQ sauce. I would recommend Uncle C's to EVERYONE! The BEST BBQ I've ever had!

Uncle C's is always a tasteful experience. My family and I are regulars and appreciate the hospitality that comes with the great service. They also catered an amazing spread for a private event of mine and the food was the talk of the night;all that attended were left wanting more. The ribs and chopped pork are seasoned perfectly but can't be resisted without the famous BBQ sauce. The mac and cheese is by far one of my favorites, it melts in your mouth and you can taste the love with every bite! I would recommend Uncle C's to anyone and personally think it's the secret ingredient to the success of any party and simply the best choice for BBQ, period.

Uncle C's is by far the best BBQ I have eaten. The brisket, pork, ribs, and chicken is smoked to perfection. Green beans and Mac n Cheese are yummy as well as all of their side dishes. Uncle C's BBQ sauce is their own private label and can't be beat. They treat everyone like family and make you feel welcome! Uncle C's catered my office party and my co-workers loved their food! If your looking for the best BBQ in the south, Uncle C's is where you will find it!

My husband and I have been eating at Uncle C's for some time now and it is by far the best BBQ in Georgia! Whether your'e craving their savory smoked meats,flavorful side items, or a combination of both, you will always leave satisfied.We love how fresh the food is, and their BBQ sauce is addictive! Everything on the menu is delicious! Their customer service is always top notch and sets the bar higher for all restaurants. Whether dining in or grabbing food to go, it's always a delightful experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers have to sign a contract stating "If you get hooked,addicted,or slap anybody when you taste it, you absolutely can't hold us liable!" Even though it is an art to us, our process is very simple. The first and foremost objective is getting an idea of what the customer's vision is and ambiance they want to create so everyone is on the same accord. Next the amount of guests, choice of and combination of smoked meats, homemade sides,desert and drinks.Then we will confirm the venu address,date,time and duration of the event. Lastly we will need a 30% deposit of the total, a week prior to the agreed date of the event. Everything else is executed by our staff and team onsite!

We have worked with all kinds of customers from weddings, surprise birthday parties, office luncheons, and family re-unions etc.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The amount of people! It's always better to have a little more food then to run out.
