The work John completed was adequate and what I requested. He initially seemed friendly enough in the beginning and towards the middle of the project but his whole attitude changed at the end. He wanted me to pay him using a square and I advised him that I use Google Wallet and he said no. I wrote him a valid check (which he cashed with no problem) and he when I looked at his face, it was quite obvious that he was visually upset. He purchased the new toilet (from Home Depot) but did not provide the receipt because it had his credit card information on it. He could have easily redacted (blacken out) his credit card information and given me a photocopy which I still want because I reimbursed him for the cost of the toilet to include gas. I requested the documents from inside the toilet container but he discarded them so I have nothing if the toilet malfunctions under the manufacturer's warranty. He stated he would provide me with "something" if I had an issue with the toilet; I have yet to receive anything from him.
