- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% discounts for interior work scheduled for the winter when booked before Columbus day. I charge by the hour plus materials, unless materials are provided by the client. Hourly rate insures fairness to both myself and the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with customers at the place that work will be occurring to go over the scope of work, and to begin a relationship with the customer that ensures satisfaction. After going over the scope of work, I can come up with an accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began painting houses as an apprentice in 2002. I formed my own painting and handyman business in 2007.
