Thank you for your review! It means a lot to me to have useful feedback. Cleaning your house gave me much to think about in terms of how to approach future jobs. To clean a whole house between 2,000-2,500 sq ft is an 8 hour job for one person. Bi-weekly cleanings would probably be best for your space for routine up keep and to target specific areas more thoroughly. I would consider bringing another cleaner with me in the case of a once a month deal. Thanks Lori!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on amount of space/size, and level of dirtiness. I may take a small break to eat if it is required. I will not charge you for time that I am not working.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need about 20-30 minutes initially to go over the space together to talk about your expectations for its transformation, to learn any relevant information about power sources, quirks and no-go zones, and to get to know one another.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take pride in offering green cleaning. I went to school for sustainable agriculture and have made it a daily practice to utilize sustainable and environmentally friendly products in all areas of my life.
