Introduction: I have been in construction my whole and enjoy everything about house building and remodeling. I am a licensed contractor. My father and grandfather was in construction. In Georgia home inspectors are not licensed and many have only taken classes to be home inspectors. They have no practical experience when it comes to how a house is constructed. I can give you not only a professional inspection, but can also can give you estimates on how much it would cost to make any repairs that are needed. Because home inspectors are not licensed, I am asked to review other home inspectors findings. I find many to be confusing and scare buyers unnecessarily. I look forward to helping you understand and appreciate the things you need to know about the house you are wanting to buy. Honesty is very important to me.
