Introduction: All of our work is done virtually on a one-on-one basis. Clients virtually meet (video chat) with their nutritionist twice per week to assist with proper meal planning and to learn the fundamentals of nutrition. Our goal is to provide clients with the tools to make long term changes that they will be able to sustain long after working with us. We focus on each client's needs on an individual basis, helping to problem solve difficult situations and events. The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing the growth and success of my clients. Helping individuals live a healthier, longer life is extremely profound.

Working with OnPoint Nutrition has been literally life-changing. I was working out every day and eating (what I thought was) healthy but the number on the scale never changed. I contacted OnPoint based on a recommendation from my sister who was also using them. We both shared the same nutritionist, Kate, and she is amazing. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate. She incorporates the foods you like into your personalized plan and provides new recipes so the plan does not become boring. I am never hungry and eating more in a day than I have ever eaten before. Working with Kate, I was able to go on vacation, eating out three meals a day and not gain any weight. My husband even started using OnPoint and lost 20 pounds. I have lost 35 pounds and am not only pre-two pregnancies but also pre-wedding weight. I have never looked and felt better. I would not have been able to do it without Kate and OnPoint Nutrition. I cannot recommend them enough.

It's been such a pleasure working with Emily. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and supportive and has helped me lose weight without even feeling hungry. Within days of starting with her/OnPoint I began to see results and she has helped me develop better eating habits that I'll be able to use for years and years. I love how personalized her plan for me has been. I have also appreciated her guidance when it comes to navigating eating out (we have looked at menus together) and holiday eating. My work schedule is somewhat rigid but Emily has been very accommodating when it comes to setting up our biweekly meetings. I would recommend her and OnPoint without hesitation and my only regret is that I did not sign up sooner!

I can't believe their plan is a balanced diet where I'm eating PLENTY of food and in two weeks, I've already lost weight. I have never lost weight in the past with real food, only with fad diets or living on nothing but bars/shakes. The system and tools they provide make me independent, and not dependent and in the dark about how to help myself. I'm fully aware of what I'm doing. I'm making better choices and the accountability is wonderful. Kate gives me ideas and strategies I never would have thought of before, and they seem so simple but they really work. I am losing weight and THIS IS THE HOLIDAY SEASON. I have even been able to have some alcohol, some sweets, but mainly, I'm just eating plenty of steady healthy meals and feeling absolutely amazing. I hope this isn't TMI, but my body is more regular and my skin seems to be clearer and fresher, too. I am so happy I chose OnPoint Nutrition out of all the others I could have tried. They are affordable and their methods WORK... and this is forever, guys. This is not a fad, nor a suffering starvation thing... this is how to eat a normal, balanced, healthy fulfilling diet FOR LIFE. Oh and... Kate is always on time to the minute, responsive to questions, kind and supportive but not coddling. Professional and patient. I AM SO HAPPY!

They really helped me look at food differently! I was able to find balance and fuel my workouts appropriately. And now adding the app has already made it easier to stay "on point"
