Terrible experience and very unprofessional - After receiving several offers on Thumtrack to file reinstatement of my nonprofit tax exempt status, I settled on Lonestar Professional services. On Nov 25th, on Black Friday I met Jay Hayden in his Addison office to discuss what it will take to file a reinstatement and his fees. I furnished Jay bank statements of the nonprofit, expense statements, IRS letter to enable him file this reinstatement. It’s now over two months, and despite several call attempts, emails and texts I can’t get hold of Jay. This is the worse experience I have ever had from anybody who considers themselves professionals. Now He has waisted two months of my time, someone else could have completed this filing by now. It will be a professional curtesy if he would even call back and tell me he can’t file for me. But I guess that’s not part of his professional conduct.
