Neil Joseph is very professional in his approach to projects he completed at my house. He came to review the work that needed to be done and provided me with valuable information as I made the final decisions on the plans. It was so obvious that he was very knowledgable with all aspects of the work I wanted to get done. That was very comforting. Being a woman and not really knowing all of the technical terms, he easily answered all of my questions in a language that I could understand, he did not talk down to me and it built my trust in him easily. He did great work. He pays attention to detail and I could count on him to do the work he said he was going to do. He gave me simple ideas that made the end project even better and easy to maintain. Neil Joseph is so nice and friendly. Anyone who meets him would agree with this. I would highly recommend My American Handyman for any work from small to large that anyone would need to get done. I have recommended Neil Joseph to many of my friends and they have also really liked the work that he did for them and would use him again.
