- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing in the travel is not possible due to consistent changes in the industry and price changes. To get a accurate price we need a lot more information. Yes you can book online and think you are getting a better deal but when it all comes down to it working with a agent who is committed will do their best to get you the best rate, give you suggestions and solve a lot of your headaches that comes with booking on your own. At Cruise International Travel we offer our clients free membership, bonuses and gift cards when travel is purchased through us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with a new customer is that we try to get to know them and their travel preferences, Such as their past travel history, budget and experiences. These are very important to us as then we can choose the right brand of travel suppliers. We want all of our clients to be our family and that is to be open with us and give us information so we can better serve them. We go above and beyond for our clients and we would like the same respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to travel school. Taken extensive classes in cruises and river cruises. We are also affiliated with Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) so we take their updated training. I have taken extensive classes in all areas of the travel especially for Hawaii, Europe and Asia. I have worked with several Travel agencies and tour companies here in Hawaii and Europe. I keep up with the travel industry by being active with other tour companies and presently work with one of the largest events and ground handlers of Hawaii.
