What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home has different needs, pricing is according to needs and/or desires for each home. Never over $175 for inside only work 4 bedroom home. Average first clean is $125-$150 depending on how detailed client wants their home done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new home generally takes twice as long as a bi weekly or monthly clean. All baseboards, doors, above doors, time consuming things like these are done the first clean then maintained, if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cleaning homes inside and out for over 15 years. Any yard work, gutters cleaned, etc. is also available.
