- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on location and services requested. All fees are based on the distance from area code 47320. We do offer competitive pricing and discounts. If the service is finished in one day the consumer can save even more money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out what all the customer wants and expects. I will show the customer the equipment that will be used and even demonstrate it for no fee. The customer will be allowed to be onsite during the actual process and view the video and or pictures after I am finished filming or photographing. Having the customer on site ensures that they are obtaining what they wish. I will provide open communication in regards to pricing and process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done photography over 20 years. In the past I developed and process my own 35mm film before everything went digital. I have been flying a drone over a year and have a perfect, no incident record. I also am FAA part 107 certified which is a requirement for any drone operator that does this for a fee.
