As a licensed and bonded residential contractor, we always apply current building practices and apply all state, county, and city building codes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial interview is very important to both you the home owner and the potential contractor. This is where your ideas and thinking are merging with the knowledge base of the contractor. ( Good vibes ) ! Then you can choose your contractor according whom your most comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate or Northern Maine Vocational technical institute ,in carpentry and related construction. I have been in this industry for over 35 years and in business locally since 1995.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father was a contractor in building and remodeling In Augusta Maine where I grew up. My wife and family are currently living in Albany since 1987 and enjoy our community.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have built custom homes and we also have remodeled small project too. We have been blessed to work together with a wide range of customers over our many years in business.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just completed a kitchen remodel and summer type work with previous customers.
the kitchen remodel took about 4 weeks to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be comfortable with whom you choose to work with as a contractor. This also includes the sub contractors they bring to your project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are my goals and project expectations in line with my budget.
