FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the variety of our services and customer needs, it is hard to provide an exact pricing system. Our primary approach is billing hourly with a maximum project limit -- because you then know exactly how much additional work may cost. In some cases, we will set firm fixed prices on jobs that can be well defined. In any case, we'll sit down to explain and show you the costs so you'll know exactly what costs will be before they are incurred.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer has their unique needs. We start with a free phone consultation talking with the customer to understand their situation and initial objectives and concerns with the Internet, websites, marketing, branding, technology, security need, or system they have in mind. Using our experience and depending on what we learn, we may expand the discussion more broadly to help our customer consider approaches they may not have considered. If we can help further, we will then sit down the the customer to gather more information to advise them on a recommended approach best for them. This may include other service providers, help from Technivise, or training so the customer can be self-sufficient. If the customer needs help enacting their approach, Technivise is there to assist as needed.
