We have been assigning transcription services to STAT Transcription for ten years now. Their transcribers accurately and rapidly prepare our physician reports, we are impressed by their services, their charges are comparatively less than most MT services, and their customer support addresses all of our issues very professionally and in an extremely timely manner, giving us no room for any grievances. We have used other transcription companies in the past and they could not hold a candle to the outstanding service provided by STAT.
