FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually come in far below the competition for the exact same quality products, if not better. We pride ourselves on keeping costs low. We can keep costs low for our clients by reducing costs on our offices (come by and see for yourself), and marketing materials. We believe reducing paper waste, while saving you money is a win, win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't believe in making a deal that isn't beneficial to all parties involved. If solar isn't going to be in your favor we won't pressure you into it. When a client contacts us for a quote, we ask for a utility bill. The utility bill will have a bar graph on it with the electricity usage and cost for the year. Based on that information, we can see what size system will cover electricity usage. After that, we look at the roof or property to design a system specifically to meet the needs of each house or business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Previously Ryan was a stock broker. He taught stock and options trading. He saw a need for an honest, local solar company in New Mexico, and decided to fill that need. Owning and operating NM Solar Group is the best decision he have made.
