Justin has been my Personal Trainer since October of 2016. We have averaged 2 sessions a week over this period. In my late 30's, as a new dad, I decided it was time to reclaim my fitness. Justin has helped me do it in ways I never expected. Improving my posture and "curving" in all my lifting movements has allowed me to increase strength while reducing recovery time. I no longer have the back pains that were a constant for five years prior. Justin has a unique ability to push me beyond my mental limits- stretch my own tolerance for discomfort. When I am traveling and working out a hotel gyms, I find it much easier to put together a routine with limited resources. Additionally, I find myself pushing harder than I can remember without any prompting. I wasn't looking for a quick fix, although I'm sure Justin could facilitate some impressive 1-2 month results. I wanted a guide to safely increasing strength, building routine, and instilling discipline in my exercise.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer (2) different In-Person fitness training and coaching packages for (s)ingle or (p)artner training. (2-3) 30-Min Training Sessions/Month - (s) $35/session, (p) $45/session (4-5) 30-Min Training Sessions/Month - (s) $30/session, (p) $40/session All of our packages come with: - Nutrition Coaching - Meal Plans - Detailed Training Program - Exercise Video Instruction Our Online Nutrition Coaching is $100/month. Our Online Fitness Coaching is $100/month.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1st - We have our initial consultation where we will learn about your goal, diet, history of injury, body composition, and fitness level. We will then perform a FMS or functional movement screening which will help us determine your body's strength and areas that need improvement. 2nd - We will assess all of the information gathered during our initial consultation to create your fitness and nutrition programs. 3rd - We will reassess your nutrition and body composition every 2 weeks and your fitness level every 4-6 weeks.
