Towhead Plumbing & Remodeling
About this pro
He is very unprofessional. He did not fix my toilet properly After still being paid. He didn’t even offer to fix it or adjust the price for future repairs. This guy is very quirky and kind of offputting to say the least. He was also late. He is very rude and sarcastic so you have to watch out for that as well too. He’s basically a plumber that thinks that he can do everything else as well tooJul 16, 2018Verified
Responded quickly to qeuestions. Was prompt upon arrival at scheduled time. Completed work quickly and with agreed upon price.Jun 5, 2018Verified
Best experience ever with a plumber!! Chad was on time and was very good!! He fixed the shower without removing the whole surround as we had been told by someone else would have to be done. Thanks Chad for all your help!!May 23, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I believe in a face to face. It can be a daunting process to invite a stranger to do work in your home. I've provided a background check, I have insurance and am drug free. I am very detail oriented. A customer will have my personal cell phone and can reach me at any time. My reputation is the most important part of every job. That only comes with happy customers. Customers are happy when the work is done to their satisfaction. I will always be honest and transparent with my customers. New customers are the most important. You'll be treated as such. I will be your favorite contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 16 years of plumbing experience. 5 of those years have been remodeling. I have 8 years framing experience along with the same in trim, painting, sheet-rock and concrete work. I've remodeled everything from a bunkhouse at campgrounds to bathrooms and offices. Exterior painting/power-washing. Fence & deck painting/staining. Yard clean outs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I went to college and studied English. I realized very soon that I wanted to work with my hands. I started in a plumbing warehouse and within a year I was running a service plumbing truck at the same company. The rest is history.
