FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to negotiate on each project based on the complexity and the amount of time it will take. If necessary, I can provide work samples to individuals before being hired to show skill level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically give a trial period for them so that they feel comfortable with the quality of work. I want the customer to feel completely satisfied and I will not consider my job complete until that has happened.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
