What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do ask for a deposit on all projects. Final Payment upon completion before released.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to find out all the details. Go over options with the customer. Set the best expectations as possible. Layout deposit requirements. Develop a great working relationship. Provide the product. Then repeat.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the Multimedia business many years ago as a press operator. I learned all aspects of a real printing facility. After that experience, I moved to the consulting side of the business and then into the designing side of the business, I which I gravitated to for more the 15 years. I enjoy design, and the process of creating with new people.
